We are very happy with our new bathroom. Alfredo was professional, detail-oriented, and helpful. He communicated daily & consistently about the project progress; and we never felt out of the loop or confused about what was happening. Our home has needed several phases of renovations so we've worked with other contractors over the years and wouldn't use them a second time due to bad experiences. I'll say Alfredo and his team were by far the best to work with and would use them again for future projects. Even more than being time efficient (which is great), we could tell he was invested in our project actually turning out well. They helped us solve structural issues that came up along the way, gather materials, and kept in mind our space and budget. I highly recommend J3 Construction for anyone looking for a reliable contractor. Our bathroom now feels like a beautiful spa! 🙂

Ii recently had to do a medium level upgrade to an older condo. After several quotes I selected J3 construction based on the best price and his knowledge regarding installing bathroom tubs. Alfredo, the owner and lead was always available during the job. They started on time and completed the job several weeks ahead of schedule. The workers were fast, efficient and very respectful. They kept the work areas clean and disposed of trash promptly. The job required the installation of a new tub, tile work, flooring, wall patch and prep, complete painting all rooms and cabinets. I am an retired engineer and experienced in construction. I am very pleased with the completed project. I highly recommend J3 Construction and will use them on future jobs.

There had been water damage in a half bathroom that necessitated removal of a vanity resting under a beautiful stone counter. After removal of old vanity the counter was propped up by 2x4s. The old vanity came with the house and the flooring was only done later so it was hard to tell whether the new one would completely cover the bare concrete. Alfredo, the GC, determined that it was possible to both cover the concrete slab and to precisely cut the base so that the counter rested perfectly on the new vanity. Alfredo was involved but his guy Carlos who did the work did it to perfection.

We were quite pleased and the quality of work and also that he didn't try to enlarge the scope and saved us a lot of money in the course of delivering what he promised. I fined that such helpfulness is rare. I plan to use "J3 4U" when I prepare a nearby rental for sale because he looked out for our interests rather than trying to make more work than needed out of the job.

I have hired them for big projects and handyman work. The crew was always on time and ready to work. They would complete the job within projected time. They asked for feedback to make sure that they are doing the work that you had asked for. I continuously contact them first when I am in need of any work done on my property. They are great and Alfredo is excellent to work with.
