Me and my husband were looking for a contractor to convert our garage. We initially had a hard time looking for a recommend contractor. Luckily we found Lynx Construction and gave them a call. We asked about converting our garage and Gerardo from Lynx Construction explained to us the process for an ADU. We were given an estimate and three initial designs. Me and my husband loved their designs and chose one and settled on the price. Lynx Construction took care of the entire project and even the little details. During the finalization we agreed upon installing flooring, all cabinetry, and fixtures. We are so happy with the way things turned out, everything looked amazing and so professionally made. It was a pleasure working with Lynx Construction. My wife and I decided to do a whole kitchen remodel. With this being our first remodel, Lynx Construction really walked us through the process. I used service of Lynx Construction on several occasions. From small jobs to entire remodeling projects. The owner, Gerardo Perez, gave advice on current trends and design. The type of materials to be used. He always discussed the budget prior to the start, so we did not have surprises later. Some of the jobs he did are - installing wired security cameras in the house and in our business, fixed electrical wiring in the house- there were naked wires touching the ground in crawling space, completely renovated two showers and bathrooms, built an addition to the house – sunroom, rebuilt garage with new flooring and doors, built new modern fencing and sliding gates, etc.
You can get advice, discuss solutions to all needs that arise. It can be water pipes, filters, irrigation, lightning, smart house automation, air conditioning, etc.
