I live at Maple Ridge Estates in Medina, New York, I have a few things I would like to see changed. First I would like to say the the manager Karen is doing a great job but is not getting paid enough for what she is doing. We would not want to lose her. She seems to care about us. Also Tyler the maintenance man does a great job. But he also needs help he is so busy he doesn't get things done for awhile. There is so much that needs to be done here.
I have rust on my door which needs to be taken off and painted. It looks terrible. The whole place needs to be power washed the siding is dirty. The patio's need to be power washed too.
The parking lot is very dark at night we need some motion lights possibly on the peaks over the doors of the apartments. We are not senior citizens living here anymore we have some shady people here so it would be nice to feel safe.
You can't see the numbers where we park and people park in our spaces. Visitor parking signs need to be put back up.
I live by a busy road and there is nothing for privacy and it is very noisy to sit on the patio..
I do believe that Tyler and Karen go beyond what they do. But they can only do so much.
I was told three years ago that I would get new cupboards mine are falling apart and smell . I have tried washing them but they are particle board and they fall apart.
This would be a nice place to live if it was kept up better.

When I moved here in 2008 it was a pretty nice place but took some time to get used to because it was smaller. Now, since there has been many changes in management I'm not exactly pleased but there isn't any other place to move to since this place goes by your income. Since inflation, places outside of here are very high in rent. So, I make the best of things here and I'm in a good section without a lot of problems. There are sections here with drug issues and other issues. I think this place could be much better if applicants were screened better. We have two good maintenance men now who are learning and do the best job they can. They are so far behind right now on work orders but are working on it. My closet with the hot water tank still isn't fixed but maintenance has ordered a smaller tank so it fits in the closet and the door will close. It's been a couple months now. We need a really good person in the office to help Karen, she is carrying a big load. She knows a lot about the job and does the best. You can actually talk to her. She needs help!! Another thing is we don't have Garden View entry ways! Unless the tenant plants flower or makes it look nice. There are people who need new cupboards in the kitchen and nothing happens, I am glad I got the new ones! I love the vinal flooring too, I would like it in my apt. My carpet is wrinkled in several places. I try not to complain a lot. I mostly just stay by myself. I, like some others don't like people coming up front and walking their dogs in our grassy area, not a dog park! There are also a lot of appts with mold, that's a health issue and should not be. There have been bed bugs here too. Management should screen people much better. We should have better lighting where we park our vehicles. That's all for now.

On June 2, 2024 my mother n law was found murder in the Wellington Seniors Apartments in Shreveport, La. This property is owned by your company California Commercial Investment. Unfortunately, do to this property not having surveillance cameras nor a security guard at the Wellington Senior
Apartments in Shreveport, La 71109. Which is a high crime area and not to have not only my mother n law protected but the senior citizens that also live there protected. This homicide have made these senior citizens scared. Due to the poor upkeep of this property is a hazardous for all residents. We as a family haven’t heard nothing from this company to show any condolences. I hope this will reach the proper person.

I have visited several of their properties recently as I was traveling throughout various states. I help assist elderly and disabled persons relocate to different states. I have confirmed that CCI is one of the best affordable housing providers in the industry. Thank you 😊

I see lots of reviews regarding specific properties. My experience is with the company as a whole, which has been extremely pleasant. I find all the staff I’ve dealt with to be dependable, honest, and considerate of my time which I can appreciate. Customer service has been top tier as well.

I have lived here at Morehead Hills Senior Apartments for almost 7 years.

And in my experience as a wheelchair user, sensitivity training, respecting boundaries, privacy and personal space are much needed courses.

I have sent numerous emails. Filed numerous complaints but it doesn't seem that management understands.

It feels as though, this goes back to my being a wheelchair user, and I somehow don't know what I want or what I feel or what I need; like this is all coming from a place of ignorance rather than coming from a place of help.

It's almost as if management is trying to make me conform to what it means to be a wheelchair user. But I have never been that person. I am a very independent person and pride myself on being as such; I am self-sufficient. I am a private person.

But with a high turnover rate here, I keep running into the same problems.

Wanted to share my thoughts about CCIC and my experience. I came across a property manager by the name of Aldo and have nothing but good things to say. We take care of his air conditioning issues but I want to say that I've never met an individual so committed to a company and his tenants like he is. It's gotta be hard to do his job, but I know he does it with professionalism and to the best of his ability. I honestly wish there was more people like him i this world. Then you know that things would be taken care of. Want to wish him the best and I know he will be good wherever he goes. People like him are hard to find for work.
