Majid is wonderful! He can literally do any house project efficiently and effectively. And he leads a great team.

He did our upstairs, closing in the stairwell, new flooring and tile stair, new bathroom, new fixtures. And we also engaged him to do other fixes around the house ranging from stucco repair to door replacements to paint. All of it was top notch work. And incredibly reasonably priced. We are referring him to everyone we know.

Hiring Majid Construction turned out to be a nightmare for my husband and I.

First, Majid initially overcharged us for a job. He later cut the amount nearly in half when we found a better quote.

Then Majid wasn’t very organized, which led to mistakes and confusion. The main cause was that he really struggled with communicating.

Then when my husband and I were trying to figure out the work details with Majid, we were shocked over his impatience and quick temper.

Majid also isn’t very accountable. When my husband pointed out an error Majid had made, the contractor became upset and accused my husband of not being able to control his mouth. Even when he knew that I was present, Majid still continued to act very disrespectful.

When my husband asked Majid to calm down, he just hung up the phone on us.

If you are going to allow someone into your home and spend tens of thousands of dollars on a job, make sure that the contractor is professional and courteous. That is just my advice.

I contracted Majid construction to repair extensive damage caused by water leakage. They replaced the whole flooring and replaced walls and painted the whole apartment. The work was professional and the finish was really good. And they charge reasonable prices. I highly recommend Majid and his team.
