We tried to get someone out to our property (residential) for months, and no one wanted to prioritize our request, or come out for a repair, they all wanted to do full roof installs, etc.

Fast forward to getting referred to Top Armor and Jon F reached out right away and scheduled a walk thru to inspect where our leak was and check it out on the roof as well as suggest other things that he saw while up there. They were back a few days after and got everything dialed in for us!

I decided to wait for a few good hard rains so i could get my confidence back up, and sure enough everything is dry as a bone and now it's time for me to seal up the ceiling that was damaged in our upstairs bedroom from the original leak 🙂

I highly recommend Top Armor Roofing for residential roof repair in the Goleta / Santa Barbara area. After the heavy storms of Feb/Mar 2023, many folks in my neighborhood discovered roof leaks due to the underlayment reaching its 20-year life span. I hope my neighbors will use Top Armor too. Their quote was the cheapest of our 3 bids, but I was not worried about sacrificing quality because I had a strong recommendation from a trusted friend. Also, their website hosts an impressive portfolio of large commercial projects, which gave me confidence that they stand behind their work. Honestly, I think they were cheapest because they are based in Westlake Village rather than pricey Santa Barbara, where vendors all seem to charge more.

Jon Flintoff was our point-person at Top Armor Roofing. He was consistently friendly, professional, and courteous. He answered all my questions about our different roofing options -- cost, lifespan, warranty, etc. His team was punctual and they cleaned up the work site each day. Jon texted me updates and pictures along the way. They used a large team, and therefore they finished the job in 3 days (the other companies quoted 1 week). Re-roofing is very noisy, so 3 days versus 5 makes a BIG difference. Importantly, the job finished on time, the day before some rain rolled in; the team stayed late to finish the job. After the job was finished, Jon handled the city's permitting process; all I had to do was sign. Very convenient!

Last March, I was so stressed after our roof sprung leaks. I'm so thankful to Top Armor Roofing that I can rest easy as we approach the next rainy season. Thanks team!

Top Armor did maintenance repairs on our roof and they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. While later getting our house painted, our painter found that some of the gutters (original, 25 years old) were in bad shape. Due to idiosyncrasies in the original installation, the gutter guy needed to have roof tiles removed to do the job. John at Top Armor stepped in and did the necessary work and also coordinated with the gutter people to make sure the trades people got the job done correctly. Top Armor was a savior, coordinating his crew with the gutter people very efficiently. John is great. I highly recommend him and Top Armor.

Many people have been doing maintenance and and repair work on their homes after spending most of last year in our homes. I have had many projects including plumbing work, house painting roof repair due to heavy wind damage.

Of all of the trades I had to deal with Top Armor roofing was the best of them all. I made a call for an estimate and by end of day John was at my home reviewing my needs and making recommendation's, and delivering a quote. Some trade people never answered calls others came to look but never sent quotes.
Top Armor was there when they said they would be there, completed the job ahead of schedule, and were extremely professional and produced an excellent product. Why can't all home and maintenance companies be like Top Armor.

The roofing shingles on the house were red -- and apparently out of stock. John's team colored the replacement shingles in the repair area to closely match the existing shingles so it looked blended and not tacky. As for alignment, it looked like the same pattern as before -- did not stick out. Thanks!
