Their front desk hung up when I called. I dialed again and was directed to the voicemail box. It is full and cannot accept anymore messages. Strange experience to happen in the middle of the day on a Thursday. Team should check their phone systems and delete some old messages.

I initially contacted this company and was contacted in return by an employee named Rick who said his CEO, Chris Lofton, would be in touch and could visit my site on a Monday. We met and I was regaled with the stories of how the company had contracts with Disney and how my bar buildout would be cake. I was asked to send along architectural drawings and a description of what I was after and they would be in touch. A week went by with no contact. I sent the plans and follow up emails. No response. I called Lofton’s cell phone and left a message. No response. I texted both he and Rick on a Friday morning. No response.

These are clearly NOT the people you want to do business with if you are under a deadline. I have wasted two weeks trying to get them moving and the lack of contact is unconscionable. If they didn’t want the job, thought it was too small, whatever, they could have made that clear.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
