Josh and his team were amazing! The heat pump replacement went as he communicated and without any surprises. I live in Cullman and shopped 3 other options. The price was very fair. Had Bama Air Systems install a minisplit in my garage for a home gym. Between calling, getting a quote, and installation it was all done in under a week. They did a great job installing, and completely cleaned up the garage, and even took some plywood I was planning to get rid of that had been sitting in my driveway. Highly recommend them.

John and Justin were super, worked hard installing my HVAC . They were courteous and explained things . Professional also Had to take out part of my fence to get it in place . They put the fence back better than before. Cleaned everything up and checked out the unit and vents etc . Made it easy for me! Thanks to them I am now sitting in an air conditioned house . Thank you guys!

They were able to get someone out quickly and had our system back up the same day. I was impressed by Nathan who was very polite and knowledgeable, and was happy to answer all of my questions. I asked for information on service plans which he provided but never felt any pressure to sign up. Would highly recommend Nathan.

Bama air are experts! They are always pleasant and friendly and easy to work with. Josh took time to review what we needed and worked within our budget. Nathan and John went above and beyond paying close attention to the smallest details. When I asked for a smaller job to be done at the same time they didn't shoot me down like some companies would. They were all in! The small job ended up not being feasible, but that wasn't decided until Nathan and John exhausted all possibilities. John came back the next day and broke up the old cement slab the old HVAC sat on and hauled it off... down to the last pebble. For six years Bama air has been keeping my jalopy of an HVAC going, even with the parts becoming obsolete.Bama air made me feel like we were on the same team, working together to get a job done. They have my highest respect reserved for only the most deserving.
