What an outstanding company. All the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. All the staff makes you feel welcome and important. They provided my wife and me with great recommendations for our landscape remodel. No call no show, not even a return call after contacting them, even after buying several loads of gravel from this company there level of unprofessionalism always seems to amaze me.

First load of gravel from you guys was late and wrong.

Second load of gravel had to be rescheduled.

Third load of gravel which was the reschedule went fine.

Fourth load you canceled without contacting me and rescheduled it.
Upon the reschedule it was late and the driver did not contact me when they left the yard as requested they didn't contact me till they were at the property which was 2 hours away

Fifth load of gravel was being delivered to the same property which is 2 hours away from my home and after verifying the delivery the day before I loading my tractor and all my tools took the day off of work packed everything for the kids as they are both homeschooled to come to the property and do their work there since I wouldn't be home, and after heading halfway to the property I decided to call because I hadn't received a call that morning as requested and that's when I found out my delivery had been rescheduled AGAIN without notifying me.. That is what led up to your negative review and I wish nothing but the best for you guys and hope you can somehow figure out a way to get it together and be more professional in the future.

Your response is comical you say to contact you as if you care but no one has ever called us back since this last incident and you don't have a record of us buying gravel all the other times because you don't keep records, that's why when I said I'll take the same gravel delivery as last time you had no idea what we had ordered last time or who we were...

Highly recommend any other gravel yard in Plumas or Lassen County
