I was looking for one of the best Property Management companies in Orlando area to manage it for rental and someone has referred me “MORGAN Property Solutions Inc.”
My Property Managers, Oliver & Devinee are the best. They Managed this property for (11) years very smoothly.
They work with you, are great at communicating with you, and are very professional.
Oliver did his best to respond for any questions or concerns, even after the office was closed.
On January 10, 2025 I sold my Property thru Morgan Property Solutions, Inc. They handled very nicely and with in week he sold this property at right price.

I was completely satisfied with them and will suggest to anyone for Rental / Selling / Buying property.

Stay away from this trifling, lying money hungry company. The list of wrong doings is too numerous to mention. But I will say, Don't let their maintenance in your house alone, after most of my forks walked out the door with one of them. And, this company made up over $2000 in false charges after I moved out, tried to keep my deposit and charged me
even more money. Thank goodness for FL Statue. Morgan PS doesn't follow FL statue. That's how you have to fight with them. Stay Away.

I’ve moved 6 times over the last decade due to my active duty military career, I can say with confidence that Morgan Property has been the absolutely worst experience. Rental application process takes 2 weeks to get an approval/denial, the longest process I’ve seen. There was little to no communication despite my multiple calls and emails. I was denied because they couldn’t verify my rental history. This was especially upsetting as I emailed them the day of my submission to let them know that I had been stationed outside of the United States in the past 3 years and to offer assistance if they needed further proof. I received a generic “we’ll let you know if we have questions” response, but no one ever asked any clarifying questions. After the denial, I sent an email asking why they couldn’t verify our rental history.... and of course there was no response or explanation. Not to mention the guy who answers the phone is very unfriendly, I felt guilty asking for updates because he was so unwelcoming. Very poor service all around. I would still like to know why our rental history couldn’t be verified, it could have been my overseas tours, it could have been something else.... guess we’ll never know since they don’t respond. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I rented a condo through Morgan Property Solutions over the last two years. Everything I experienced from them was extremely professional and I always received quick replies to questions.

Any maintenance issues I had were handled promptly and their staff and vendors were always very courteous. Move in and move out processes were very smooth and mostly automated which was great.
