I have been a resident of The Mill since last July. I am so happy with my experience here. The staff is the best, whatever you may need or have a question about they are readily available, helpful, and professional. They keep everyone apprised of everything going on. They all go beyond their job duties. They have activities to make this a welcoming community.
Best decision ever made!!! I recommend this to everyone I know that is looking for apartment living.

Disturbing prices. Could have been an excellent resource to bring Prattville to the life of the town, yet instead, what was once a minimum wage, dangerous working environment. That ended several middle class men's lives- It has become some kind of elite fabrication of liveable apartments, completely locked from the very groups of people(slaves even!) who once worked here.

A sick addition to the horrible housing market. At least it looks pretty from a distance!

Historic site and scenic view. Takes about an hour to see. In downtown Prattville near shopping and dining. Well kept park area overlooking the old, condemned Cotton Gin Mill. Sad that the City as let it go to such disrepair.

My friends and I used to play tabletop games in the common room with a resident but a staff member who is also a resident named Amber was very rude to us. She was not professional and seemed to be allowing personal conflicts with a resident to affect her professional behavior as a staff member. She was basically accusing us of damaging the floor without any real evidence and was extremely unwelcoming. (We obviously did nothing to damage them) There seems to be an attitude of prioritizing an image for the business executives over providing a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Ashley Stoddart The manager at the mills; goes above and beyond for her residents and anyone who sets foot on the property! She is an amazing manager and The Mills is lucky to have a bright and shiny star like Ashley! The property and amenities are gorgeous, I can’t wait too see what the future holds at The Mills!

My experience at the Mill has been very pleasant and positive from the initial correspondence with Anna Laura and getting on the pre lease list to pre leasing and moving in to our new apartment. Ashley, Kate and Ryan has quickly become our family. My wife and I have already started calling them our kids. Adoption next?….Who knows.
