I recently was hired for a position with a start date of 12/04/2024 with TekSystems. Leading up until this day, I never received further communication regarding training details or anything close. I had to reach out to the recruiter Samuel who at that time advised me that the start day was pushed back but no actual date provided. Presently I still have not heard back from the company concerning a start date. Communication is non existent until it’s something that is needed from you. The whole hiring process was a nightmare and I do not recommend to anyone.

This my second time working with TEK in two different states. I particularly like the interaction from the recruiters is very professional and classy. Each state on the same level, which tells me it's a culture of professionalism.

I experienced diligence in the recruiters that worked with me, who didn't give up on me and had constant communication. I have had a great experience with this company.

I worked with a recruiter named Savannah Strickland. She was very nice at first before the interview process, when i got the interview and started the assignment she gave me alot of misleading information by saying how the company i was contracted with will give me my schedule, and how they will give me my timesheet through a database which was provided by the company i was working for. 2 weeks into the assignment she called and said how my pay will go down from 12.50 to 11 dollars. i then said no i cannot take 11, she then offered 12, so i then asked why didint you offer me 12 from start before 11? it seemed as if they were trying to save money or just did not believe in me for the position. I then asked her later on if she had any info on how i can become a recruiter later on if i wanted to for teksystems and the certain steps i had to take. She then automatically assumed that i did not want to be part of the help desk team, without asking me and then told the company, and thats when they thought i didint want to be apart of the team. I then contacted her after coming back down to florida, and she has not replied with a follow-up or even an email saying we are still looking for you jeremy, or anything like that. I would never want to work with that recruiter again, maybe with a different person next time if possible.

It would be great if they answered the phone, even better if they called back after leaving a voicemail. It has been weeks now and I still cannot get in touch with a recruiter
