Venue Construction Group had built few new homes for us and the finished product came out great and on budget. They are very professional and managed their contractors effectively to accommodate changes as well as staying on top of permitting officials in getting final CO approved timely.

This builder is AWFUL! Do NOT buy from them. Check out the townhomes on W Jersey St in downtown Orlando off of Orange Ave. EVERY unit has had leaking issues with the roof, windows, and doors! They do not cooperate or respond to homeowners after purchase. Several of us homeowners are having to pay out of pocket for repairs and sue them.

Updated comment on 1/29/25 to Venue after denying being the builder- Nice try lying that you weren’t the builder. We have the photo evidence. Too bad google won’t allow photos. You might want to check your IG page and remove the evidence! Not only are you fraudulent builders but LIARS too!
