Had the WORST experience with Nydia. She was very rude. After being accepted my fiancé and I asked to look at the place one more time before signing the lease, she was very rude about it and said that’s not something the company does. She obviously had a problem with us asking to view it one more time, and gave us an attitude about it. Which seems a little off. If I’m about to rent a property from you, I should be able to view it again. Other than Nydias terrible attitude the company does things backwards. We were moving in on October 15th but they were not willing to prorate the rent. Instead, they were going to prorate the following month (November). Which we thought was weird but we loved the townhome so much that we were ok with it. Then, they were requiring the $2k plus security deposit before us looking at the lease. When we asked if we can drop off the security deposit and sign the lease on the same day (the way any regular property management company does) they explain that’s not something the company does. They basically what you to hand them money over with your eyes close with nothing in writing. They said the actual lease would be ready to sign 2 days after we give them the deposit.( not sure why it can’t be on the same day) Again, backwards. We were still willing to go thought the process but Nydias attitude and unprofessionalism was the Cherry on top for us. Stay away from this company. Called the bank and getting my application fee back. Don’t let them scam you. And Nydia needs to be fired

I applied for a townhome thru LRES Property Management Monday, 07/08. I called and inquired about another townhome earlier that day and was told that it was unavailable however 3432 was now available after a contract fell thru. I drove for almost an hour and saw the property the same day. I returned home that evening and filled out the application. From Tuesday to Thursday I spoke to Nydia Lopez and Minchie multiple times a day. Nydia was rude and rushed me thru the process. She contacted me and left a strong voicemail accusing me of lying about my prior references which she later admitted (via email not even a phone call) was an error on her part. They contacted me multiple times a day and I responded promptly each time during working hours. Nydia emailed me on 07/11 at 10:40AM that I was approved for the property and that the security deposit is needed on 07/15 to hold the property and start the lease paperwork. Less than 24 hours later she emails me again stating that I've been unresponsive and that my application has been cancelled. I am a working mother. I did not have the courtesy of 24 hours to respond or even consider this decision. She did not reach out to follow up throughout the day either. The email cancelling my application was sent on Friday at 8AM. I have requested that my application fee be returned and she has not responded. My concern is that Nydia is unprofessional and collecting the application fees while being unreasonable and rushing applicants. The home owners may not even be aware that they could have a tenant.

I've filed a complaint with the BBB and will never lease or rent a property with this company.

I decided to sell my property due to moving to a different project. Luker, who have assisted me all through my 7 years with my house including purchase, tax returns and sale. Their service is 2nd to none. Always prompt in replying to my queries extremely helpful. I've looked at competitors but these are the best by far.
