Scheduled an appointment on December 22, only to have it canceled last minute about 2 hours before the meeting. Despite receiving a confirmation call yesterday, the staff seemed oblivious to the fact that my home had recently caught fire. Isabelle, who handled our case, displayed terrible customer service, attempting to back out of the appointment and even hanging up on us. Despite offering to involve our claim adjuster to secure the assignment, her response was dismissive and rude. For a preferred vendor referred by insurance, the lack of professionalism and awareness during such a difficult time for my family is deeply disappointing. Even when escalating the issue to a superivisor, confusion persisted, and the overall experience was unacceptable.

They need to train their drivers to not be reckless drivers. On 1/18/2024 on 405 fwy near h Hughes parkway heading north, their truck suddenly cut me off by going over double yellow line almost causing accident forcing us to do skid stop to avoid hitting their truck
