Our insurance had difficulty locating a roofer who could repair our roof quickly after a massive tree fell on our house. A friend offered me the business card of a Roofing Project Manager named Preston and suggested I reach out to him. I sent a text, and Preston was at our home in Huntington Park for an inspection within an hour. He agreed to look inside the attic and ensure that the tarps installed by a previous service were still intact, as per our request. He also took it upon himself to liaise directly with our insurance company, which saved us from a lot of stress and endless phone calls. He returned with an excellent bid package in less than a day and scheduled our repair far quicker than anyone else we had contacted. Their bid was the lowest by about 11%, and their exceptional customer service left us with no doubt about accepting it. The roofing team arrived on time, were polite, and demonstrated incredible speed, efficiency, and attention to detail. They managed to complete the job in a single 12-hour day, including the removal of all debris down to the last nail. They also kept our insurance providers in the loop throughout the process. The following day, Preston and two other workers, Trenton and Bryson, returned for a 'quality inspection'. While we waited, they replaced some old soffeting and installed new gutters which were not part of the insurance claim but significantly improved the appearance of our house. When asked, Preston mentioned that he did it as a courtesy, at no extra cost.
