I’m a small residential General Contractor who does remodels and additions on homes. I saw the advertisement on how this service would take so much off my plate and give me piece of mind on my bids to my customers. First off in my area of work customers won’t wait 9 days to get a bid. I hired 2 other estimating companies for this particular project and both had me very close bids within 2 days. Iam Builders took so long to get me the bid which I actually paid 3x the amount for compared to the other companies and when I did finally receive the bid was double the amount of the other 2. I found out today that the client got nervous about how long it was taking and went with another contractor. This was going to be a great money making job for me. I am very disappointed with this service and would not recommend it to anyone!

Not really impressed working with this company they changed their deadline twice. Have multiple emails they use but don’t respond to. Then ended up being massively off regarding cost.

Daniel & his team have been an incredible resource for us. We do most of our own estimates. However, when we have larger jobs such as a new build or addition, we utilize I AM Builders.
