Edwards Builders and Developers was such a pleasure, they came out for a free estimate with no obligation, little did I know I would be writing up a contract that same day. Two days later they came to prep my house and power was everything for the paint, next day they came out and painted my whole house, the whole thing took i would say..... about 5 days. Im writing this review a month after my installation and i can already tell you my utility bills went down with the paint they installed called cool life paint. I also got a certificate of lifetime warranty to show for it. Recommended them to my sister she wants to get a roof done hopefully it will work out

Got my roof done with Edwards i ended up going with their lifetime warranty cool roof. Its energy efficient so its saving money for me on my utility bills. the job was quicker than i expected and i dint have to deal with any contractors they came here and knew what needed to get done no explaining the process was simple but quick thanks!

Under handed! I agreed and signed a written contract for $19880., upon completion the contractor asked me to docu sign the completion form, which I did. A year later I am financially able to pay off the pace loan and I get a copy of my pay off amount, it’s almost $5000 more than what I was told and originally agreed to on the written contract. The contractor did not tell me about the price increase, he didn’t mention any fees and led me to believe the docu sign was just a completion form. Do not trust this company!

I am so happy I saw the ad for Edwards Builders and more than happy that I contacted them. They transformed our backyard tremendously and with so much care and professionalism. Now we love going in our backyard, sitting out there enjoying the evening and our beautiful yard. They only give you 5 Stars to rate them but they really deserve a 10 Star rating in our opinion. Thank you for giving us a beautiful backyard.

I would like to show how unprofessional and cheaters I have found out these people are. The top of my retaining wall has more weeds now than it did before they did the work and my contractor said it's because I need to have a gardener come. I am going to try to post before, after and 6 months later photos. He was supposed to come to check it out and have it fixed but it's been a almost a month and I haven't heard or seen anyone. They also didn't put the sealant on the pavers so little weeds are coming up there too. I would like to see about getting some of my money back,. People put cement and pavers and rocks so they don't have to have a gardener.
So sorry for trusting them.

Well Done!! Finally got our backyard remodeled! such a great experience to have these guys work with me and my fiance bringing our blueprint to life. feels good to relax in the yard in peace ready for summertime here comes the fun! I am referring my neighbors for sure.

Loved working with Edwards builders decided to get my Roof done and the work and technican and customer service was amazing great people and very professional. Will be looking forward to future business with them for my next job I'll be giving them a call. The process was smooth easy going and they were in and out. Wish there was more than 5 stars LOL!

Very bad experience with this company. In process of having my backyard completed. Taking months to complete. Project Manager Alvin did not show up but one day to manage contractor he hired. I had to micromanage my project and retaining wall had to be redone and pavers are very sloppy and no pattern to them and not leveled. Contractor and Alvin fighting because contractor was not getting paid monies throughout the project for work and I heard about it. I had threatening texts from contractor that he was going to tear my backyard up if he didn't get paid. I am still in process of getting my project completed right and being pushed by Gorijan to complete incorrect pavers in one day he wants me to sign off on pace so they can get paid and I will not until my project is done with inspection. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Do not recommend!

if you're looking to up grade your home look somewhere else. this guys are broke and do not pay their subcontractors. they will take your money and you will end up with a mechanical lien on your home. this people are so broke they cant affort to pay me $9860. they are being sued for 5 million dollars. please dont do business with this thieves. if anyone wants to see peove of what i just said i can show you the emails.
