We absolutely love our neighborhood. Quiet and respectful neighbors. Sharon at the model home is personable and very knowledgeable in her field. Chris and Cooper are a joy to work with and answer all of your questions. If you want a well built home, Stone Martin is the way to go! We are approaching our one year anniversary here and I'm grateful to say I live Walter's Branch.

Stop by, take a tour of the model home, look over the options, talk with Sharon, and you'll be signing the paperwork before you know it. Sharon is great to work with, very patient, and answers all your questions. She allowed us to do a trial build to familiarize ourselves with the software, which took several hours. She sent weekly emails with home photos construction updates. She answered texts and emails, and is a great communicator.

Chris and Copper, the superintendent and foreman, we're also great to work with and walked us step by step through the phases of construction. They worked diligently with the subs and we closed a month earlier than anticipated. These guys lay out straw so clay doesn't splash up and stain your brick and keep the grass and plants watered before you close. They pay attention to detail.

We've been in about a month now. You can't beat the location. The neighbors we've met have been extremely friendly.

Our realtor, Andrew Davis with Cedar II Realty pointed us to Walters Branch and Stone Martin. We couldn't be happier.
