Started out with good service, great work in talking with dan, daniel and Matt but over time Matt started not caring about what we had talked, i think he was busy with something else that he didn't gave me much attention. Daniel from the office was always nice and made sure i was heard. The job done at my house was concrete, fence and gate, that was suppose to start in November, Dan the guy that was responsible for the job never came back again, delaying everything by 3 months, finally cement was done good plus drainage, white marks were left on the concrete that never disappeared.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt, if was for my husband we would have looked for someone else since everything was delayed.
Thank you for what was done my space looks bigger. (Pictures attached not in order)

This is my second project with a Shipman company. The first was removing and stump grinding three trees. Their Visalia Concrete division finished the project by removing the buckled and broken sidewalk that was a real liability issue and then re-paving. They also did some concrete grinding on a couple of raised edged of sidewalk that was not removed. They arrived as scheduled both days. Perfect work and left the site clean. Fair pricing for all their work.

Very happy with this service. Very good price and work looks great. They removed damaged sidewalk due to overgrown roots, helped us remove the roots, and put in a new section of the walk. The walk looks great and matches the rest of the walk beautifully. Thank you!
