I recently had an out patient procedure done by Dr Peraglie and I am 100% satisfied. He was very thorough in explaining what I needed to know before and after the procedure. He asked me to call him if I had any questions or concerns and followed up afterwards. Each time I have been to his office, they staff are professional and kind and are very helpful. I give Dr. P 5 stars his staff ZERO STARS. The office staff is inconsiderate & not professional at all. Receptionist waited till I got there at 10:15 for my 10:30 appointment to tell me they didn't have authorization needed to see me, that it had expired on the 27th. Now here are some issues. They reset the appointment to a later date. They know the ins & outs of the insurance & needed information. Had they reached out to me say when they postponed the appointment & said by the way we are going to need new referral to get authorization, I could have done that. 15 minutes before my appointment nothing I can do. I would recommend this Dr with different office personnel. I wasted 45 minutes one way to get to the office they recommended. I will now call my insurance company & explain why we must start over. I don't deal wellwith inconsiderate & incompetent people. Office mgr please do better be bette, Dr P's patients time is worth something also.

I can say that my first visit to Dr. Peraglie’s office was quite welcoming and very personable. I felt genuinely cared for as he took his time to get to know me, my challenges, and then offered the basic advice to get the ball rolling in helping me understand what is necessary in my transformation. He recommended a doctor as my future PCP, and he was direct as it pertains to the overall purpose of my visit and made it clear the work that needs to be done as we both want this to end in success for me.

Being a former patient from out of state, my previous experience was not as informative or detail oriented. Dr. Peraglie sent a video regarding his services in full detail, but the first session was focused on me the patient.
I appreciate the care and do anticipate success along my weight loss journey. I am a convinced this is the right way for me, and this is the right Doctor….
