Repairs are Never done, maintenance man and management are more worried about you leaving a patio chair or mop bucket out for a night than doing any actual needed repairs or maintenance. Got my door kicked in last year by some kids, they still haven't fixed it. Vents randomly fall open dropping a big square insulation in our hallway. Car repairs cannot be done on the premises but the maintenance man can work on his cars, don't let him catch you doing it though. Also you can't use your water spout outside at all if you do they take it off. NOT a good place if you actually want to LIVE in a home.
Landlord harassment and DISCRIMINATION IS A THING HERE!

Unleashed dogs including multiple pitbulls, dirty and unkept playground, petty maintenance man leaves rose bush thorns on walkways, tenants smoke weed and cigarettes at the playground and basketball court. Requested repairs are never done, and I haven't seen the place sprayed in a while ants, roaches, and spiders always get in the home no matter how well you clean.

Been here for almost 8 years. It was a great area for the 1st few years until more people moved in. The decals on my car were rearranged a few months ago. Now some of them are gone. It’s getting ghetto already. Kids are bad.

I don't a actually go to these apartment I go to the walking trail behind them and skateboard from the bridge back there cause there is a slight hill coming down it and it gives me a few extra mph
