Dr. Tadakal is always very professional and helpful. I have been going to him for more than a year now, after my previous family doctor unexpectedly left for another state, and I will continue to see him and his team a reliable and valuable health care provider in the area. I also like his office location that's an easy commute for me.

This is my 2nd bad review. I deleted the first. Stay away from this office. Worst support staff ever. I don't appreciate getting a phone call telling me they screwed up 2 days before my surgery. Now I had to call my boss and have him change my schedule to get blood work done AGAIN!! I'm just lucky he is understanding. I will be getting a new Doctor very soon. Im just glad this guy isn't doing my surgery. Anyways, stay away from Shiva Tadakal

While the doctor is pleasant enough to, he is running late for every appointment. I do not know if this is a scheduling or time management issue. The staff are generally pleasant and do not seem stressed over the fact patients are waiting.

Do NOT see this doctor unless you want him or to guide you through his personal judgments. He does not let you advocate for yourself in fact if you do he will dismiss you and without even the RESPECT of a phone call. He seemed so knowledgeable and caring but he wants you to stay on his meds and the meds he says only.

Front desk is so RUDE, especially Evelyn they don’t want to work or help they always push you to go to your patient portal which never works properly. You can leave as many messages as you want, no one will call you back.

Daniela front office is a nice person I’ve worked with her in the past but she needs to get better customer care into her team. I will miss Alex MA she’s so nice and knows what she’s doing I think more than doctor himself. He has huge ego. Find a better doctor who takes the patient into consideration.

Dr Tadakal seems to be an excellent doctor. He is very interested in what you have to say and really listens and partners with you on your health journey. The staff at this office is very good also especially Dr Tadakal's nurse Alexandra. Nice job here. I highly recommend.
