My mom waited over 2 months to get an appt. Finally got one scheduled and then had to wait several weeks before she could get her surgery scheduled. Her COVID test came back positive a few days prior even though she tested negative with several other tests. She has a drain catheter that we have to drain at home, every day to keep fluids off her kidneys. It's IMPERATIVE she has stints put ASAP to help with her kidney function. We called several times to try and get some answers or reschedule the COVID test and they called back and basically said she now has to wait an additional 7 weeks because of hospital COVID protocol. The nurse I spoke with said she tried calling everyone which I appreciate but she seemed very annoyed that I was calling and hung up on me! My mom literally can't make it 7 weeks and I am very disappointed in the experience she's gone through with trying to get this surgery done. She is a cancer patient who really really needs this done to get her health back and no one can give us answers as to why there's a 7 week lead time after a positive COVID test (even though she wasn't even sick!). Maybe this will get someone's attention and they'll reconsider the way they treat patients who NEED their help!

im still in pain im out anitboics i still have blood in my urine i called his office to get more aniboic or pain med his office she was very nasty she told me that drink water and go rest another words lay in bed for several weeks he told me it blood and seamen was going to last i called my in surance he also told me that it would gone in two weeks my name is les and dont mess les
