I've been living here for the past year and a half: all of which has been a delight! Tyler and the front desk management team have been a breeze to work with. All of them have been kind and considerate during the entirety of my stay. I haven't worked with the maintenance team all too much, only for annual check ups (thankfully!). All of them have also been kind and courteous as well - not too mention, very timely!

The apartments themselves are nice and luxurious, the upkeep of the apartments themselves are fantastic as well. All of the appliances in my place are new and holding up nicely!

I really can't recommend this place enough, fantastic management, community, and property!

This review is delayed, between moving and work I kept forgetting to write a review.

Recently worked with Tyler to secure a new apartment. The experience was great and I highly recommend him and the moving company that helped me (Moving Packing Group). I was traveling for work and had limited free time throughout regular business hours. Tyler was accommodating to my schedule and was very responsive to my questions and concerns about the lease.

The building is very safe.
The location of this complex is Orange County in the heart of Little Saigon while being located between the 405 and 22, making it easy to drive to various nearby cities. Plenty of fantastic Vietnamese restaurants on Bolsa that are within walking distance, which is a huge plus. While the neighborhood itself may not seem ideal or pretty, the security measures in place help alleviate any concerns and make the area feel safer than it might initially appear.

I would work with Tyler and with Moving Packing Group again and recommend them to my friends and family in the OC area.

I recently toured Bolsa Row Apartments with Tyler(great guy btw) and I was blown away! After recently moving from NYC, this experience was mind blowing! Tyler was attentive, informative, and quickly answered all of my questions. He was especially thorough about what the application process entails and EXACTLY was it needed to get approved quickly which I really appreciated. And don't get me started about the new washer and dryers in unit or how clean everything was, both of which I never thought I'd see again coming from NYC. Plus, Bolsa Row Apartments is located in the heart of Vietnamese Town with SO MANY good restaurants to check out. I absolutely cannot wait to move in and thank you so much again Tyler, I really appreciated everything!

I've lived here for a little over 1 and a half years and really do enjoy my stay here. The staff is attentive and very friendly towards my family and dog and the staff routinely cleans the hallways. The mailroom has lockers for secure package delivery and food.
The gun is fairly small but has the basic equipment you'll need.
It does get noisy if you live on the street side but it's quiet if you live on the north and east side of the apartment along with some great Vietnamese food across the street. We're all eagerly awaiting the new shopping district to finish building as I feel that's all this place is missing.

To be fair with the review I waited over 6 months in order to have enough interactions with the management team, building along with the amenities.

Tyler is always attentive and responsive to all the questions and odd issues I created (ie threw my car keys down the recycle shoot). There has not been anything unanswered.

The building is kept nice and tidy, there are rules and I am happy that they are enforced in order for all residents to feel comfortable and safe. There has been construction across the way but I have yet to hear it or be inconvenienced. All the residents are friendly as well.

The parking garage is very secure. The only challenge is finding parking for your guests at times. The pool is heated at all times and the gym was recently upgraded. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is lookkng for a clean, quiet and secure place to live by themselves or with a small family. Bonus with all the good food spots around here!

‼️🚨🚨🚨🚨‼️‼️‼️🚨🚨‼️🚨🔔🚨‼️I strongly advise against renting here, especially if you are a person of color. The way I was treated during my move-out process was appalling. Despite taking time to thoroughly clean the apartment, they deducted my full deposit, charging me an additional $300 cleaning fee. They also charged me over $2,200 for carpet cleaning, even though I had already paid someone to clean the carpets twice. To make matters worse, they told me I could hang my TV, but when I moved out, they charged me for the holes left by the TV mounts.

The leasing office is unhelpful, and my wife and I experienced a break-in, losing over $40,000 worth of belongings. Tyler, a staff member, suggested that if I had parked in my assigned space, the break-in wouldn’t have happened. This is just one example of how unprofessional and dismissive they are.

During the tour, they say all the right things to convince you to sign the lease, but once you're locked in, they do nothing to support you. I strongly urge you to avoid this place — don't even consider it. Most everyone treat the parking garage like a need for speed track I’m going to pay them whatever they charging me but I would hate to see someone goes thru the same I have videos and pictures of how I left anyone willing to help me out I know they taking advantage of me

My fiancé and I have been living here for almost a year and half now and it has been nothing short of luxury. It really feels like we live in a nice resort and they're always finding more ways to improve. One thing we appreciate most as competitive bodybuilders is that the gym is open 24/7 and they have enough equipment and weights to actually get a legit workout in. They have a squat rack, bench press, cables machines, and free weights. There's enough cardio equipment too, so I never have to stress about getting that in.

Also, I work from home and the AT&T wifi is great. Not only do they make it easy when moving in (the router is already installed and they walk you through the simple start up), but there is wifi all around the complex. This allows me work anywhere in this aesthetically pleasing place, whether it be by the lush pool area, in the spacious and clean clubhouse, or the treadmill at the gym (saved me money on a walking pad!). They also have closed off area to study/do work!

I have many more good things to say about this place but others have said it already. One thing I will echo is that the staff here really is friendly and attentive. They're easy to contact and remember your name. They host community events and it's been nice getting to know them as well as my neighbors. Shout out to Tyler, as well! Bolsa was last on our list of tours so we were tired and overwhelmed. When he did our tour, we felt energized and excited to move in instantly. He answered all our questions, wasn't pushy, and was quick to respond to our emails afterward. It's always great working with Van as well. She responds right away and makes sure issues are resolved swiftly.

From my personal experience, this place is extremely picky about who they want living there. Nice area but lots of construction, through the application process, they asked for my job offer letter even though I’ve been working w/ my company for 3+ years. They denied my pet for his ESA letter because a 3rd party source has to accept your pets letter, whose expertise is in real estate/ property management, not a DR or anything. But the staff at the tour was very nice & helpful, you’ll eventually encounter the application lady & that’s when it’s strict business there. Good luck to anyone living here.
