I bought a new home and Mariano installed the original gate and opener on it. After about 6 months of working off and on he said he would install a new gate opener which would cost several thousand but not have any problems. So I pay and he installs a Lift Master. 6 months later
It stops working and now he refuses to honor his work with a warranty. I wouldn’t trust this contractor with any work as he is not a man that stands by his work. He just wants up front payment and then no service after that. When you are shopping around get his written warranty in writing and even then I would be skeptical if he comes or not.
