The Wellmade crew just finished our Twin Peaks shed today and we are so excited for our new home office! The crew was amazing- friendly and courteous, cleaned up well, and finished ahead of schedule. It feels very high quality and looks gorgeous. We had considered building an extension onto our house but got intimidated by the lengthy and expensive permitting, planning, and building process. We’re so glad we found Wellmade and got our “extension” so quickly, for a fraction of the price. Highly recommend this company!

We had a custom Sunset 120 sq ft shed made to match our house and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience. It was difficult to find the perfect option for our studio gym and after months of researching options, we contacted Wellmade. Our overall experience with Wellmade was wonderful. From our initial conversation with Ian, to the final touches on the installation, everything exceeded my expectations. Wellmade worked with us to pick out all of the finishes that would match our house and property. The project came out amazing and just as we had hoped. It looks exactly like it did in the rendering. We loved the cedar and metal look of the sheds but unfortunately it did not match our house. We decided to go with the same siding as our house (white hardie plank) and the same sconces.

The design of the shed is modern and sleek with clean lines that easily complement my home’s overall aesthetic. The large windows allow natural light to pour in, creating a bright and airy space. It’s a perfect blend of functionality and style, which makes it feel more like an extension of our home rather than just a shed.

The installation process was smooth and easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided by Masha, the project manager. The team was efficient and friendly, and it only took a few days to build. Masha was great to work with. Her communication and attention to detail was very helpful.

Overall, I highly recommend Wellmade for anyone looking for a high-quality, stylish, and functional backyard structure. What we love most about the shed is how versatile the space is. Whether you’re looking for a home office, art studio, or just a cozy place to relax, this shed fits the bill. I’ve transformed mine into a home gym.

Absolutely in awe with our new backyard unit. We chose a Presidio to have a relaxing space where to listen to jazz records, read and enjoy a drink. It looks amazing and it was built in just 5 days! So impressed with the construction team - professional hard workers, respectful and considerate.

Highly recommend. The whole process was fantastic. From Ian helping us navigate Oakland’s building codes, to Masha coordinating the build to Kiri, Kirill, and Colin putting up the structure in 6 days, it felt like a premier service. And the Shed is exactly what we were hoping for! I appreciate the flexibility they offered to make small atheistic changes despite it being pre-fabricated. It looks custom. The quality is great, all at a reasonable price. Additionally, I appreciate their work with a local electrician who ran electrical all the way under our house without an additional charge.

My wife and I are super-stoked with our Sunset shed from Wellmade. The entire experience was positive and we’re really pleased with the build quality and aesthetics of the shed.

The thing I want to emphasize most is the simplicity of the entire process. Most house projects we’ve done in the past have been friction filled. We’ve had to coordinate with various vendors, stress over myriad project details, and research materials without really having confidence in what we’re deciding. I can’t think of one house project that hasn’t had delays because of the difficulty in having the stars perfectly align for all the above (everyone is available, all materials are secured, all plan details are locked down).

Working with Wellmade on our shed was the complete opposite. My wife called it “instant gratification”. We had a couple simple video calls to walkthrough the space and discuss some details. I visited the WellMade office to look at the floor model. Once we decided to pull the trigger and schedule the date we filled out a simple spec sheet for things like wood color, window orientation, air conditioning, etc. When the start date came it was 5 and half days until the shed was done. The crew was amazing, hard working and not at all disruptive. When they finished there wasn’t a trace of construction debris which speaks volumes about their respect for a client’s property.

In the end, we have a quality home office / guest shed that aligns with our aesthetic sensibilities and we got it done with no stress or headaches. Thank you Masha, Andre and Sergey.

We got the Sunset 120 sq ft last week. The whole process from initial discussion to installation was very smooth and quick. They started the install on a Monday and were finished by Saturday afternoon.

We wanted to raise the shed an extra foot off the ground and Wellmade was very accommodating to the request. They helped spec out how to hide the piers underneath and added an extra step.

The final product is exactly what we were hoping for.
