Timing is everything! We were told it would take 2-4 weeks for materials and we got it within two weeks. Great communication by the rep as he informed us every step of the way about the products & materials. The crew showed up and worked tirelessly in the 100° degree heat but they got the job done! I can’t even start to express how impressed we are with our new patio awning. Here was our experience from start to finish. We messaged Sunarc and received an immediate response that we would be contacted by Bobby, the sales manager. Within about 2 hours, Bobby called and we scheduled a time over the weekend to meet. Bobby was on time and super professional. He provided us with options so we could evaluate what was best for us. After going over expectations and timeframes, we were ready to commit but told Bobby that we needed a day to think it over. Sometimes salesman are pushy, but that wasn’t the case for Bobby. By the next day and after a few more questions answered by Bobby, we were ready to commit. Pricing was more than reasonable compared to the two other companies that I had contacted for bids. On the install date, the install team showed up on time and were also super professional. Although it was a 10 hour day for them, they completed the work in one day. Thank you Sunarc for making our vision of our outdoor space actually come to fruition.
