Once again, Val and his crew saved our butts. Thanks to their experience, they found an error in the Geotech’s moisture curve just from experience with the dirt! 100% would hire them again. In and out in 3.5 days, Pad Cert in hand 1 day later.

As a female overseeing a construction project, it can be challenging having positive experiences with service providers in regard to fair pricing and detail-oriented quality work. This was not the case with VP GRADING. Val and his team were amazing to work with. Val asked important questions pertaining to the details of the project - he asked for the necessary information to be able to deliver finished product. The quote was very fair. VP GRADING wasn't the lowest quote I received and I was fine with that because in construction, you get what you pay for. VP GRADING wasn't the highest quote I received which conveyed to me the quote was accurately based on the amount of work that would be required. Val and his team were on time and actually beat the deadline they projected. They left the job site immaculate and did not disturb any of the neighbors. I would highly recommend VP GRADING and look forward to utilizing their services more in the near future.
