I called them and described the work I wanted. Got a long sales pitch about their qualities and what they could do.

A nice lady came out to give me a quote. She was professional and nice. Quote seemed a little high, but I just wanted the job done quickly and well, so I accepted.

They told me something would be there between 1-3 a few days later. 3:15 he shows up. It's a large piece of drywall that needs replacing due to a leak (leak has been previously stopped, drywall only needs repair). Guy says he's going to Home Depot and leaves. 50 minutes later he comes back, but never gets out of his truck. He's on the phone for 5-10 minutes. Then he leaves.

I call the contact who has been out for the quote. She is nice and apologized, but said the worker wanted more money. So they are clearly just subbing out the work, and won't stand by the quote they gave.

Waste my time and I won't be working with you again. Note that the only good reviews are from 5+ years ago

What a pleasant company to work with for my kitchen remodeling in west hills. Jacob came out and showed me some pictures of really high end work he's done and quoted me a great price. His good attitude vibed well so my wife and I awarded him the job. He has very good knowledge about the construction industry and definitely a go-to guy for home remodels. Excellent service from this company, Jacob come on time showed us many pictures of work they did already, we saw samples and understand much more about the process.
