I recently had the pleasure of working with Amram and his team from Vivid Homes on two major projects: remodeling my new condo and updating my old home to prepare it for sale. I am beyond impressed with the results and couldn't be happier with their work!

The job in my new condo included relocating the laundry facilities from the kitchen to an empty utility room, which turned out to be a more complex project than we initially expected. Every inspection brought a different inspector, each with unique requests, which made the process challenging. Despite these hurdles, Amram and his crew handled it all with professionalism, creativity, and perseverance. They stayed committed to my schedule and budget, ensuring everything was completed on time.

Home remodel was something we wanted but intimated to start the process due to all the nightmares we read and hear. So much so, we struggled with finding a contractor that anyone was willing to recommend...until we heard about Vivid Homes.

We can confidently say that we had a good experience in that all the work is not only beautiful to look at but also comfortable to live in. Couple of highlights to share about the process...

- Transparency in documentation
From the initial proposal to change orders along the way, everything was written (in details), reviewed, and signed. This made all the costs and work scope black and white. Project management was easy to follow along and more importantly, easy to go back and reference.

-Customer Service
Whether something small or big, Shauly/Maayan always responded promptly. They addressed complaints fairly and answered all questions professionally. Vivid Home reminded us again and again what a big impact quality customer service to the outcome. Shauly showed up to the job site regularly showing detailed knowledge of the ongoing work, which was tremendous in building trust. He also showed up for a meeting with me almost every week to review the work completed, plan for the upcoming, and get input on decisions that needed to be made.

-Quality
Vivid Home gave us a sense of "get it done and get it done RIGHT". As any remodel projects, there were problems. Vivid Home took accountability to resolve issues, notified homeowner, and acted appropriately to resolve. We have received many compliments for our home.

This was our first remodel project so we are certainly not experts and don't have any other comparable experience. However, Vivid Home not only guided us through this project but also gave us a sense of security in our home. Even after payments have been made in full, they continue to respond to any ongoing issues.

I remodel my new house, I searched for good company that will do good job, will be on time and with affordable prices. I decided after lots of research to go with Vivid home inc. The remodel went very smoothly. It was done in phases; outside first and inside next. The workers were always on time and pleasant to have around. The owner, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The job was finished in a timely manner and I am so happy with the remodel. I love my beautiful house! In fact, I will be needing them to come back in the summer for another project 😊
