While we explored all our options initially, it was clear that Progressive Builders was the right choice very early on. Working closely with Arik, and the designer, Yuval we crafted the perfect plan for our kitchen remodel. Throughout the project, Arik guided us through various selections, ensuring everything met our expectations.

Despite encountering challenges like asbestos and other issues, Arik handled everything with grace and professionalism. We were even able to stay within our budget! The end result exceeded our expectations - our dream kitchen was brought to life, thanks to Arik's unparalleled attention to detail and commitment to perfection. His passion for his craft shines through in every aspect of his work, and it's evident that he takes immense pride in creating stunning spaces alongside his talented team.

This was my first time working with a contractor. Progressive Builders were recommended by a friend who had hired them for bathroom updates so I asked for a bid on our project, which at the time was a room expansion and kitchen/bathroom update. They had the best price so that combined with the recommendation led us to go with them and they really knocked it out of the park. It morphed into a much larger project that touched just about everything. There was never a time where I felt concerned about the work being done - they were always on site with very little down time and the communication was great - calls and messages were usually returned in the same day, if not the same hour so we never had to sit around waiting for responses. Any concerns were addressed without push back and the finished product is so much better than we imagined. We ended up adding several change orders and they were able to accomodate these and stay within a reasonable time frame for finishing everything. Everyone we dealt with were very professional and easy to work with from Arik down to the crews on site. Definitely recommend.

Progressive builders were a company very easy to deal with, and after a short negotiations they gave us a really great price for a complete house paint job. We had a crew of 4 painters working on our house and they finished in time, delivering a nicely painted home. During the project all of the workers were polite, hard-working and took great care with the details. Overall the project was well worth the money, and now our house from the outside looks like a new one!

I want to give a huge shout out to all the people who were involved in this project! From renee at the office for personal and swift responses to all of our questions. to Eric who managed the project almost seamlessly thank you for your great advises and ideas, and to all the workers who treated our home as if it was theirs! I was looking to remodel my condo in Santa Monica while I was away and so I interviewed a few different contractors to find one that I feel comfortable to work with remotely and I felt that progressive builders understood my wishes and have the experience with these kinds of situations and so after drafting a contract that was very clear and fair the project was on it's way to a great start! A wonderful design was drawn up for the kitchen and bathroom and They pulled all the required permits before the work started. When the actual work started I was away and I was informed and kept updated almost daily about the progress via phone/email and even received pictures! They coordinated all the different vendors and fixture deliveries and did a wonderful job installing everything. I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you very much!!

I waited a few months before posting this review, because I wanted to check how the new roof will hold up against rains. Our roof was aged and was leaking all over the house so we hired Progressive Builders to get our roof replaced. Scheduling the project was easy and we agreed about the price very quickly. The job started and was completed on time. Now I can proudly say that they did an amazing job and I highly recommend them for their professionalism and craftmanship.

We would like to thank Progressive Builders for doing such a terrific job in remodeling our kitchen, as well as our master and guest bathrooms. Unless you have a licensed contractor that you've used in the past, it's difficult to know where to begin in searching for one. So, when a friend referred us to Progressive...whom they'd used in the past...we invited them to give us a quote on doing the work. Once we met with them and saw their references and photos of work they had done, we really wanted them to do the work for us! But of course, we were a bit nervous about the price we might be quoted. But, I must say that they offered us a very fair price and one that we could work with. So, we hired them! Now, our home has risen in value and is as beautiful as a brand new home. We are amazed at the change it has made in our home and our lifestyle. So, we would refer Progressive to everyone!
