Flip it homes came highly recommended and after getting several quotes from contractors for an attached ADU. We chose them for their reliability, organization, and because Roy (the owner), was very detail oriented. Katya was very helpful in coordinating the contracts, payments, credits, and other logistics. Before the start of the project, we were introduced to Einav, Eli, and Ronni, who were communicative throughout and took care of any issues we had throughout the entire project. They started the project on time, and in the beginning the team sometimes worked 7 days a week to get the project completed. Einav kept in touch very often to make sure everything was running as expected. Even through some unforeseen challenges, which can sometimes happen in construction, the entire team remained communicative and helpful. In the end the ADU came out beautiful, and they even guaranteed all their work. Thank you Flip it Homes.
