Called 2x left messages. Trying to get a simple land survey. Never got a call back. 1 star. Finally got an email back 5 days later from Brian after he saw the 1 star review. He thought it was fine he never replied and said it wasnt unusable to not reply after several days .He only replied because I left him a 1 star review. Then he proceeded to inform me about information that had nothing to do with the plan and sent me a forwarded voicemail from my estranged father who is not a part of the new site development. He was convinced that it wasn't worth his time because a phone call made almost a year ago in May. Thanks, but no thanks. I expect a more prompt reply when dealing with local businesses. Especially those referred to me by people who work for the City of Capitola that I've known for over 30 years. I feel that Brian was rude, aggressive and felt that sending me an email 5 days later was an adequate reply. Go with Hogan or another local service with fast and friendly engineers.
