I got 5 different quotes and chose Benjy West Builders. Great price for what you get. Best value I could find. Jeremy met me for the estimate and was on the job site most of every day during the job. Super nice guy, and very professional. Every member of the crew was really nice. Everyone speaks enough English to get by and most are fluent which is helpful.
They not only painted, but also did more than enough prep work such as sanding, taping, power washing, stucco repair, and demolition of an old wood beam on the exterior of the house. They also installed door trim on the three new doors I bought. No other painter would do all that extra work so costs would be higher if I went with anyone else since I'd have to get two separate contractors for it.
Excellent in every regard. The results speak for themselves!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Benjywest Builders did an amazing job renovating our bathroom. The working team was easy to communicate with, fair and responsive. They treated our home and family with respect. They went above and beyond to keep the home clean during the renovation and cleaned up every night before leaving. Their craftsmanship was exceptional. Jeremy and his team did an outstanding job of remodeling my bathroom. They handled this project in a very professional way.

Ben, Jeremy & their whole crew did a great job for us. They converted a space into a lovely guest room — putting in a wall, lighting & electric, & painting. They also sourced a great door company for us, picked up the doors we ordered, painted & fit 10 doors to our door jams (and in the process rebuilt some of the door frames), & hung them throughout our house. Their crew is efficient, professional, detailed, friendly, and clean up every day so that our family household with kids and dogs could still feel comfortable and function well in our environment. Across the board, all their employees were excellent to work with, friendly, clear, helpful. We thought their estimates for the work were very fair and when we needed to go a little above budget due to supplies or unexpected changes (not their fault) that were uncovered during the work, they communicated clearly and with a documented rationale. They continued until all the small details were complete. Their work has made a huge difference in the functionality and beauty of our home. It has also increased our property value by adding a lovely bedroom. We would highly recommend them and when we have a budget to re-do our kitchen we’ll be calling them!

I recently had the interior of my home repainted along with some ceiling repair, carpentry, and electrical work done by Benjy West Builders. The work was done quickly but with care to detail. I am very happy with both the work done and the results. Those who came to the house to do the work were efficient, careful and professional. Jeremy checked in regularly to be sure the work was being done well and progressing as promised. There were a few touch up spots that I found after the work was completed and they were addressed promptly and with a positive attitude. I have no words....I've put off remodeling for years out of fear of the horror stories I hear about the way things go after starting. I have no words. Not only did they do an amazing job, they finished earlier than projected, unheard of!

Jeremy was hands on from the moment he arrived to give me an estimate and stayed in touch with updates as the project was coming along.

Not many contractors were knowledgeable enough or willing to fix my popcorn ceiling because it couldn't be scraped off, it had to be plastered over. My old popcorn ceiling and dingy walls look like a new build. I really can't believe how smooth and even the finished result is, I couldn't be happier! So happy in fact, that now I'm redoing a bathroom as well. It's so comforting in this day and age to come across people that take pride in what they do.

If you're on the fence about a project, get off of it and call Jeremy. You won't regret it. Clean beautiful work and design consultation as well....I ended up taking all of his suggestions!
