I don't usually rate businesses in this format, but I was so pleased with Floor works. Excellent job and Conner, staff and crew were easy to work with from picking out flooring. Yes, it took us a while to choose. They let us take sample boards home for as long as needed. Cost was very reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend floor works for any project. We will definitely use them again in the future. Go ahead and give them a call. You won't be disappointed. Attached pictures are of our ugly floor and the transformation.

Lovely final product on my forced remodel due to storm damage which flooded straight thru roof down 2 floors to basement. Came in on budget and worked with me to ensure insurance payments covered all repairs.

My husband and I spend a few months getting estimates from other businesses without satisfaction. Floorworks was professional from start to finish. In the world of scams, we decided to have them do our kitchen floor first (which was damaged) just to do a test run. The guys came in on the date promised and finish the project in a timely manner. They were extremely professional and patient (I had a lot of questions) with us. We were very pleased with the work they’ve done.

Floorworks just completed the second project (living room, office, small hallway and closet) a few days ago and I can’t stress enough on how pleased we are with the floors. We did have a small scheduling issue which was fixed immediately by Floorworks, so thank you!!!

We plan on using them again in the near future for a bigger project.

The only thing is the price is a little higher than most. But I’m a firm believer you get what you pay for. I’ll gladly pay a little extra for a great job and a peace of mind.

Two years ago Floorworks was recommended to me by my realtor when I purchased an older home and was redoing all the flooring. They were prompt, professional, and did a beautiful job on the installation. Recently I’ve had them back to remove and replace flooring that was damaged by a plumbing leak. My calls were returned promptly, everyone involved was so polite and helpful, and they restored my flooring, baseboard, and cabinet trim perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for better care through this experience!

This is a wonderful place to come for your flooring needs. They are all so friendly and helpful! They worked quickly and were installing my floors the same week I ordered them and were through in 4 days. My floors are just beautiful. The price was also more reasonable than other places I’be priced. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I paid to have some LVP laid down, after the first time they came there were many many noticeable, bumps and flaws in the LVP. I had called and they came back to fix it, but left again with many noticeable, bumps, and even parts of the flooring beginning to stick back up. I’ve been trying to contact them for months trying to get my floors fixed again and have not had any of my phone calls returned. I’m very disappointed in this type of service and job done. Wasted $1500. Wish I would’ve known before hiring them

I was very pleased with Floorworks as they came highly recommended from several different people. I had previously been loyal to another locally owned flooring company who I used on flooring for at least 25 houses and I always thought I was getting a fair deal. I compared prices between Floorworks and the other company and it almost made me sick to my stomach how much cheaper Floorworks was for the same exact product. I felt like I had been robbed over the last 15 years. Conner was great to deal with and his installers were top notch. I have since referred them to several other people who have all been pleased.
