I’m converting my garage into an ADU so I met Lionel from G&G. I know they are professional enough to do this kind of drawing, a piece of cake for them. Unfortunately city found an abandoned oil well underneath my house, which almost ceased the whole process. Lionel and his team are so smart and talented that they changed the drawing way and helped me meet all qualification terms to exempt the oil well requirement. I’m so thankful. I also tried to tip Lionel for $100 but he eventually credited this on my final bill. All in all, Lionel and his team are incredibly professional and talented, with reasonable price. I highly recommend them

I am very pleased with the services provided. Time was very important for me. They completed on time. I did an addition to my house. They were able to take care of the engineering and all the plans the city needed for a permit. I had no problems. They were upfront on everything.
