My kids have been seeing Dr.Arlene Hay for going on 8 years now, since they were born. Dr. Hay is BY FAR the best doctor that has provided care for my family. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, always answers my questions and concerns, shows me my children’s progress with growth charts. She always provides suggestions if needed and in terms that even my children can understand. She provides incredible bedside manner , she is caring, gentle with my children’s fears, compassionate and listens to all my children’s needs. I haven’t come across anyone like her . She’s definitely an asset to the Sutter system. I feel like she’s family every time I take my kids to see her. She’s an angel . Hands down the best doctor !

This review long overdue. Dr. Hay has been caring for our family for almost 9 years! We first met her when she helped us avoid an ER visit with our 5 day old due to the negligence of another Sutter pediatrician. Since then we knew we could trust her to care for our children! You can tell Dr. Hay truly loves what she does. She’s knowledgeable, caring, quick to reply to MyChart messages, understanding and really is a partner in your child’s health. She has always listened to our concerns with an open mind and provides solid scientific guidance. We are so lucky to have found her and appreciate her!

My son has been under Dr. Hay's care since she joined Sutter. He is comfortable talking and asking Dr. Hay any questions. She listens and takes good care of his medical need. We are able to schedule appointments to see her in a week or two. I feel fortunate to find Dr. Hay as my son's pediatrician.

The kids love Dr. Hay. She is amazing! She takes time to listen to the parents and children. She has great clinically skill and we trust her judgment. She is a great strong multicultural female role model and my daughter loves pretends she is Dr. Hay.
