Homes "R" Us has a good selection of vinyl/siding colors and the project was completed in a timely fashion (after delaying the start date twice). However, the craftsmanship, itself, lacked. There were areas of concern that we pointed out and Rob did have his team fix some of them- after much debate. An issue we are having is that the awnings that were placed were not done so properly and so every time it rains, water leaks through the gap that was left between awning and wall. (The purpose of the awning is to protect our windows and now we don't have that added buffer of protection). Stains were left on the vinyl siding, there was an abundance of broken glass left in the driveway after the dumpster was taken as they did not come follow up after pickup, and they took liberties at chopping branches off of a tree that we have been nurturing for years. Overall, they do show up when they say the will and the job will be completed. However, there were so many other little hiccups along the way that I wish I would not have gone with the most expensive quote (expecting it to be the best) and gone with another.

Bob and the Homes R Us team did a great job on renovating my house. I had all the siding, windows, columns, and a door replaced. They were very communicative on the entire process and included me when an issue came up. Bob was very straightforward and easy to work with. We talked about all the options available and all the costs up front. Once all the material came in, it was delivered to the house and they got to work. In two weeks, they had removed all the old siding, windows, and front columns and had the new material installed and trimmed perfectly. They worked well with the family's schedule and the kid enjoyed watching and getting to hang out with the crew while they worked. From beginning to after end, we were kept informed of what was going on and they made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Great job all around!
