We had a great experience with Rock Bottom Pools! All the staff was very nice and we were so impressed with their contractors who came. All of them were very friendly, professional and answered any questions we had. The process was easy and so quick! They gave us exactly what we asked for and finished well before the original completion date. The only “negative” thing I have to say is that I would’ve liked a little more communication as far as when contractors were coming or directions once the pool was filled. With that being said-if ever we called for questions they did answer everything in detail. We just had to call. Overall, I am EXTREMELY happy with Rock Bottom and we have had a great summer making great memories in our new pool!

We met personnel from Rock Bottom Pools at the latest Bakersfield Home and Garden Show. Although I never thought we could afford a pool, I was impressed by Rock Bottom's personnel and their willingness to discuss ways to install a pool in an economic way, so we proceeded to get a bid from them. Their detailed estimate and computer-generated mockups convinced us to proceed with them.

When making an investment like a pool, I believe three things are important: quality, value, and responsiveness (communication). Rock Bottom came through on all three counts. The pool they installed looks wonderful and is set up for many years of low-maintenance use. The cost was very reasonable (significantly lower than our other bid), and options to upgrade the pool were quite affordable. And finally, Rock Bottom personnel were quite responsive. For example, when I inquired about a block wall option, they quickly updated the computer drawings to incorporate it; when we needed to pick out tile, they immediately set up an appointment to do so, and all questions along the way were answered promptly. They also beat their construction duration estimate. We are very happy with the functionality and the look of our pool. I would recommend Rock Bottom Pools to anyone who is even thinking about installing a pool.

Rock Bottom helped transform my backyard from a flat piece of land to an oasis. This was a big project involving a pool, patio, a lot of cement, gutters and drain pipes. Alvin and Logan gave good advice and listened to my ideas. If I requested a minor change, they came out and verified the new plans. The price at the beginning when you sign the agreement does not change at the end. They finished the job very fast at the time frame given. Alvin cares very much about the quality of his work. I highly recommend Rock Bottom for any backyard projects!

Our experience with Rock Bottom Pools was fantastic. They provided us with an extremely competitive quote and answered all of our questions about the pool building process. Our situation was a bit unique, as we were under construction on a new home. They worked directly with our contractor to schedule all construction and inspections. Once finalized, they provided a month of startup services to dial in the chemicals and ensure the pool was curing properly.
