Dr. Dhillon and his staff are excellent. He is not in the office as much as in the past but if you schedule an appointment it works. He knows his stuff and cares about his patients. His staff is great and always helpful and friendly. Never have had a problem here.

I’ve been with Dr.Dhillon for over a decade! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He’s always looking out for my personal health and well-being. If I need a prescription refilled— they take care of it right away. When I had a records request; I got them fast! This is a great doctor’s office!

Chronically understaffed to the point where office staff are unable to spend time on the phone with patients. When you can get through, they speak through you instead of with you. I have had so many questions about billing but the person only seems interested in getting your card number and hanging up. Do not expect courtesy. Staffed through Saint Agnes hospital so many patience have not even seen the person, he most likely is only contacted to read test results. Still, does not excuse poor staffing.

Why would this be in question while I'm here for my neck pain? I don't take prescription drugs and I've never asked for them. Find a doctor that is actually concerned about the concerns you're having about your body.

Worst Medical Office staff! Front desk receptionist, Pauline, has to be the RUDEST person I have ever encountered in the medical field. The Doctor never seems to be in the office anymore, the office staff lies to cover for his absence.... RETIRE IF YOUR DONE. Don't keep sick patients waiting for you to call in prescriptions after they have been in the office to see you. This is ridiculous! Medical Appt on a Tuesday, was diagnosed, Dr was suppose to call in prescriptions for Bronchitis which included a very much needed Inhaler to breathe... didn't happen, Called the office next morning at 9am continuously for 20 min but staff didn't turn phones on till 9:20am, explained the situation regarding Walgreens never receiving the info, staff said, oh apparently it didn't go thru but it's here on your chart. Told me it would be taken care of... Nope! Called again! Was told the same thing.... it's now Friday and still No Inhaler my symptoms are worse and I was just told that the doctor is out of the office today.... so since Tuesday I have been trying to get my medication that the doctor clearly prescribed to me and is on my chart but nobody can call it in but the doctor who clearly is never in the office and who obviously never checks his emails nor his in box for the entire week Called again Friday morning hoping for a better outcome but nope.... Pauline stated there's simply nothing I can do for you! Funny.... you took my money on Tuesday afternoon for a medical Appt but now when I need my prescriptions that are on my chart & given to me by the doctor to be sent to Walgreens there's nothing you can do Complete Incompetence!!
My conclusion .... FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR THE PATIENTS BENEFIT ANY LONGER..... they're simply there to collect a paycheck. Hopefully by writing about my horrific experience with this office I can save someone else from this frustration!
