I engaged Thor and his team to design an earthquake retrofit plan for my house. Thor was very thorough in examining the parameter of the house and he spends a lot of time explaining the design and some of the issues for me. He recommended a list of contractors who are experienced in performing this type of work so it was easy for us to pick someone whom we can be confident in.

Chris Pioli on his team is just equally as helpful. He came out to our place and conducted multiple inspections with the contractors. He helped us with a lot of questions along the way and is always extremely patient.

The entire team really went above and beyond their duties on the entire retrofit project.

I would HIGHLY recommend Thor and Chris to anyone to provide retrofit engineering designs in the future!
