Very helpful and friendly staff. Prior to renting, I checked out the equipment to make sure that I was comfortable operating the machine. The staff walked me through the operations. I ended up renting the equipment a week later and everything worked out as planned. Great selection of equipment. Would happily do business with them again.

I always come here to rent equipment in North County. They have a lot of heavy equipment and a lot of nice handheld tools. It’s good to rent here because they include the diamond blades on the grinder, usually rental places make you buy those.

The staff was very helpful with my paint removal issue. They actually allowed me use two different machines the didn't quite work. They then refunded all of my deposit. No charge at all.
They just made a customer for life. I recommend you do the same.

Instead of using one of the national chains, I rented everything to build my house from a local place, Coast Equipment Rental. Driver of dump truck license ending 4H2 - cut off large truck/rv driving down Mission Rd in heavy traffic on 20 Mar at 0800. It was uncalled for, unnecessary, and dangerous. He didn’t get anywhere any faster and ended up behind the rig after a few stop lights. This driver should be reprimanded and reminded to be respectful and more careful when driving your company’s vehicle.

worst place to rent from. Rented a pallet Jack for a 1 hr job ended up charging me $210 for a pallet Jack that did not even work. It was probably at least 10 years old. Doesn't hold once there is a heavy palett on it. I called them the same day I rented it 2 times. Returned after A-day and a 1/2. I was charged 3 days for no reason. Called to complain And the guy on the phone was very disrespectful. Rude people to do business with. And the equipments are pieces of s*. Expect to be treated like a piece of s* as well if you rent from them.
I have been renting equipments for 20 years Never seen such bad customer service. Stay away and save yourself the hassle. Go to sunbelt. Down the street

It is a shame customers cant see the business side of things and the harm or trouble they cause by only thinking of themselves. This business is hard pressed for good customers and are abused for their patience and leniency. They deserve much more credit than given and have started from very humble means. If you want things done, and no nonsense, this is your stop. Treat them with respect, and in return you will recieve the same. I had a great experience, and saw the lengths the employees went out of their way to make it happen.
