Afik & team at A2Z restoration are wonderful. I originally hired them last July when we found mold in a home we had just purchased. I have spent the past few years recovering from severe mold toxicity and am still very sensitive. Afik, the owner of A2Z Restoration, was out of town at the time so his brother-in-law, Omri, was helping out. Omri was incredible. He came out promptly, took the severity of my health concerns into consideration and were communicative, honest and thorough. Omri and Afik's team of guys were here over 4th of July weekend and worked hard and fast. They not only remediated the mold but also helped open up some other areas of potential concern out of an abundance of caution. They sent over 100 photos documenting the entire progress of their work and kept me in the loop in real time. They really eased my extreme anxiety and concern by handling the situation with grace, kindness, and professionalism. Upon completion of their work, I had the house retested for post remediation verification and it came back completely clean -- the mold testing guy said it was "surgical level" clean. That made my medically sensitive heart so relieved to hear. I have been living in this house for about 9 months and have had no health issues!!

Just this week, as we are now starting a kitchen remodel, the contractors working here found what appeared to be some mold in a different area of the kitchen. I reached out to A2Z immediately and Afik was here in less than 24 hours. He is such a kind man who was able to reassure me that what we discovered was not abnormal and made some easy suggestions for how to go about cleaning it with things I already have at home.

I will always call Afik and team for any water damage/mold related needs and will always recommend them to friends and other mold sensitive people. Afik was available to start the job on my rental apartment right away. He found other plumbing problems which could potentially cause future leaks , so they could be addressed right away. He communicated the progress to me regularly and had all my questions answered right away. I never had to take any time off work during the process, he made all invoices available in my inbox and accepted electronic payments. Afik (owner) was extremely proffesional and went well above the call of duty to assist me when my tenant occupied unit flooded and needed water and mold mitigation.
He was transparent, and kind which made a very stressful situation feel manageable.

Afik was a very kind and respectful contractor. He provided efficient service when our water pipe burst and we needed emergency water damage recovery. He came the same day and started his work with 2 hours. His crew was very efficient and professional. Afik and his team worked quickly!
Their sanitation solution is chemical free too! Bonus stars as we have young children and a small dog in the house. The dehumidifiers are in and the fans on. Afik said he will return daily to assess the damage. I highly recommend their services!
