We just completed a multi-month project to completely replace the front of our 3 unit condo, including waterproofing, stucco, and all new windows. The final outcome of the project was fantasic quality and it was completed on time and under budget.

The RL Brown team is easy to work with and provides clear communication along the way. Adam managed the project at the site every day and was great to have around and would answer any questions we had along the way.

Overall I would work with them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to complete a project.

After the first series of heavy rains following my solar panel installation, a leak appeared in my bedroom ceiling directly beneath the solar mounts. After months of denying the possibility that the leak was coming from the solar panels, they finally admitted that indeed the installation was faulty. Now, months have gone by and I still have not heard one word about their plans to address the issue. In the meantime, my entire bedroom ceiling has developed large cracks from the weight of the moist insulation inside the attic. R L Brown construction has since sold the Solar Universe side of their business, and has been unwilling to stand behind the warranty of their installation. Completely inexcusable behavior from a company who claims to specialize in exactly this type of construction.
