If you want to get hung up on, Jeff Lucas is your guy! I was told he is actually the manager at the Birmingham office, so that says a lot. I had a question about a survey I had done about 3 years ago by the firm that ESP bought out. I gave him all the information he needed to look up the project. Instead of helping me or even offering any solutions, Jeff said "this conversation is over" and hung up on me. Oh, but before he did that, he did say that I could get a completely new survey done and then he might be able to answer some questions for me.
