Luciano and his crew at LCR Construction did an excellent job renovating our kitchen and both of our bathrooms in the spring of 2022. They were efficient, professional, and hardworking, finishing the entire project in just over 3 months, and their work has held up great for the past two years. Our construction and electrical designs came from an outside firm, but several times Luciano suggested a change to the plans that worked out much better, or figured out creative workarounds for minor issues with the plans. He and his crew also graciously accommodated our requests for some last-minute changes and were quite patient as we waited for the final few pieces of equipment to arrive to complete the project. Overall, we have been quite happy with how everything turned out, and would recommend LCR Construction for other projects like it!

Luciano and his team at LCR Construction did an amazing job creating a beautiful, graded, concrete walkway between our neighbor's home and our home. It was just dirt before, and is now an attractive and durable walkway that also efficiently directs water runoff (during rain storms) away from our houses and down to the street gutter. Luciano and his team have executed multiple projects at our home over the past 7 years and their work is always high quality.

Luciano and his crew were professional and did a great job on our house. When the demo for our project unexpectedly revealed old, extensive, water damage that we had no choice but to repair, Luciano was able to scale up to finish the job. He professionally advocated for us as we navigated the permit process, worked easily with our structural engineer, and was quick and clear in his communication with us as the project evolved. The crew was on time every day and worked hard. They were respectful and cleaned up the job site nicely at the end of each day. We will use LCR Construction again for projects in the future.

Luciano & his crew did an excellent job restoring the exterior of our house! They removed all the dryrot, restored all the pieces that were damaged, and even managed to source some really rare parts to maintain the exterior. In addition, when they needed to outsource something, Luciano himself was very good about getting a quality deal for a good price.
