Tyler with Cornerstone Civil Design provided a Topographic Survey and Site Civil Construction Design documents for our new construction house and garage near Hopland, CA. Our build site is on a hill overlooking the valley with a significant slope. Tyler designed the grading, drainage and erosion control and was very professional and easy to work with throughout the process. He collaborated with our architect, soils engineer and worked closely with us to make decisions and finalize the site design. Tyler’s work is outstanding and we are very happy with the result. Over the last 3 years, I have had the pleasure of having Tyler shepherd numerous challenging projects through to completion for me. I've hired Tyler for projects ranging from fixing County code violations, developing extensive storm water management plans, working on complex grading permit plans, to working with Fish & Wildlife on Lake and Streambed Alteration agreements.

He is extremely knowledgeable, and can always bring several different approaches to problem solving, whatever the constraints, be they time, cost or something else altogether. He's a very clear and intelligent communicator and has always been great at keeping me in the loop, and listening to my input or questions.

Much of the work I've had Tyler do involves a fair amount of meetings with County officials, State officials, and various other parties. Tyler is always friendly, professional, diplomatic, and calm.

His work speaks volumes, as my clients have attained their business goals due in large part to Tyler's efforts. I'll never forget seeing him out in the snow showing a client how to properly lay straw wattles with a laser level, long after his part in the emergency erosion project was done. He has gone the extra mile more than once for me.
