After having an absolutely horrible experience with a well-known "elite" homebuilder, we hired ICB to finish our 7,500 SF house on the peninsula. The quality of ICB's work was flawless. They adhered to schedule and budget.

About a year after we moved in, the master bathroom -- which was done in total by the "elite" nightmare builder -- started showing signs of water damage. The ICB crew were onsite right away and identified the mistakes the old contractor made. We had to rip out the entire bathroom -- both the shower and the sink had significant leaks. ICB fixed everything.

We loved working with them so much, we hired them to completely rebuild a rental we have on the peninsula. It's a gorgeous home now — and the construction is rock solid.

Doing a major model or custom home build is not for the faint of heart. Issues will come up and things will not go as planned. That is just the nature of remodels. But with ICB in your corner you are in safe hands. Working with James was a pleasure, and the level of knowledge and professionalism was extraordinary.
We did a major remodel addition (including adding a 2nd story) and ICB was on time and on budget even though there were many unforeseen issues that came up.
There are thousands of decisions that are needed during a remodel and many you might regret. Hiring ICB will be one of your better decisions.
