We recently had smith and son come out to our home in Brentwood and replace our siding throughout the entire house and it came out amazing! The crew was very professional clean and organized. Smith and son walked us through the entire project and made us feel at ease with it all. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel or update there property. We have them doing a complete kitchen remodel for us starting after Christmas now as well. Thank you Lance and team for all you have done!

Lance and his team have done a couple of projects for us now, and we are consistently happy with the quality from start to finish. This Company is absoultely awesome. From Lance to his crew, they did a remarkable job on the siding on the outside of our home. Everything was explained in great detail and the final outcome, fantastic! We are now going to have them remodel our kitchen. Can't say enough good things about Smith & Son Construction Company. I hired Smith & Son to remodel the home office in our backyard. After getting quotes from several contractors, meeting with Lance was like a breath of fresh air -- he was clear, detail oriented, on top of everything, and took ownership over the project. He cares about quality and is not in the business of squeezing money out of customers -- I feel like he was giving the advice he would give to a friend. I knew the project was in good hands with him and his team in charge. We had great/easy communication throughout, Lance stopped by to check in on the details, and his team was great. We are really happy with the result and I would hire Lance again in a heartbeat. If you are deciding between contractors for your project, hire Smith & Son!

As a Real Estate Director with a portfolio that contains both commercial and residential properties, I am always managing construction in some capacity. After using Smith & Son for one project, they have become our go-to contractor for any and all construction needs. They have completed at least 6 major projects for us (not counting minor alterations and repairs) and the work has all been impeccable with all details paid close attention to. In addition to the quality of the work done, Lance is fantastic to work with. He is responsive, proactive, and up-front. Every project has been completed on-time, and, when any issues have arisen Lance has communicated them clearly with a plan already in place to address them. He will provide multiple options for projects and recommendations as to how things could be done better, more efficient, and less costly. Everyone I have interacted with at Smith & Son has been equally as fantastic, whether working in their office or onsite at jobs. I cannot recommend Smith & Son highly enough; you will not be disappointed.

I had Smith & Son Construction repaint the outside of my house and replace some rotten out fascia boards. Lance Smith was very professional and knowledgeable in regards to the work I wanted done. They completed it in a timely matter and did an amazing job. They did such a great job I decided to have them come back to do some remodeling and repairs in my kitchen. Including installing new counter tops and a new sink. I highly recommend Smith & Son Construction. They are reliable, professional and do great work.
