As a retired contractor...I was going to be particular about working with a hands-on contractor who could provide ingenuity and craftsmanship for the inevitability of dealing with unexpected issues during a kitchen.remodel...and..that s exactly what happened when they had to deal with termite damage..and leaking plumbing pipes during the remodel. We went with lester after shopping our bathroom remodel with several other contractors. We are very satisfied with our remodel and had a very pleasant experience throughout the whole process. Lester was able to provide very creative and unique ideas that no other contractor gave us to maximize the space we had. He was very receptive to our vision while being honest and practical with his recommendations. His quote was very competitive and we were able to shop different options for tile and designs at his showroom so all the details were well thought out. As with any remodel, there were some hiccups as the construction came along but Lester was very communicative and we were able to make adjustments on the way.

Lester and his team did a fantastic job creating a bathroom from scratch in my upstairs Loft. The quote was very reasonable and they used high quality materials. The showroom he has on site is wonderful and has many options to choose from to get an idea of what the bathroom will look like when finished. He added many features for free and was able to provide a discount on some materials used. The finished product was beyond my expectations and completed within the timeframe he quoted. He also brought his own ideas and made excellent plans and went through the permit process painlessly. I would highly recommend him to others and will definitely use him again for any future projects.

Not only is their work top notch, but they are reliable, honest & very communicative throughout the process. I recently bought a house and immediately started shopping around for a contractor to take on a full house renovation, including an add on of a master suite! I called many companies and got different pricing all over the board. Without discounting many skilled contractors whom visited the house, Lester from Dreamworks had an eye out for all the details no one else mentioned. He actually contacted the city prior to his visit and asked them what and what not we can do!!
I will say he was not the cheapest offer, but it for sure made the most sense. On another note, this company has a design center where you can go and find what ever finish material (using contractors language here) you may need, such as kitchens, cabinets, faucets and more. If you use their design center, you will save a substantial amount of money, as they extend contractors like pricing to you.
I am very pleased with them and their honesty.
Lester is your guy if you have a project to finish.

Very impressed with the customer service, they came out same day in person about doing a room addition. Gave a very realistic quote and gave great suggestions about how it could work. Still in the beginning planning stages, however was definitely happy with how it didn’t feel like they were trying to upsale me really focused on how they could do exactly what I would want at a very reasonable price. Would recommend!
